Everything you need to know about how and when your SATORAA order arrives.

US Delivery

We ship across the United States using a tracked delivery service. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

Dispatch and Handling

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your package has been dispatched, tracked delivery typically takes an additional 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

If your tracking information has not updated within a few business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@satoraa.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Remote US Locations

Delivery to certain remote or less accessible areas within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and some remote regions, may take slightly longer than the standard estimated delivery timeframe.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@satoraa.com as soon as possible. We may be able to update your delivery address before the order has been dispatched.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery Outside the US

We currently ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
