Every SATORAA order has its own order status page. You can access it through the link provided in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
Visit the page at any time to view the latest updates on your shipment.
If Your Tracking Has Not Updated
Tracking information may take a little time to update after your order has been dispatched.
If there has been no tracking movement after a few business days, please email support@satoraa.com with your order number, and our team will look into it with the carrier.
